Registering for Youth Worker Summit
Registration for Youth Worker Summit 2010 will open in the Fall of 2009 and will be managed online by Passport, Inc. The cost of the conference is $275 ($290 for commuters) plus the cost of housing at Disney Coronado Springs Resort. Housing for three nights is $440 total when reserving one to a room, and $220 when reserving two to a room. The conference fee is due upon registration. The remaining balance for housing is due by October 15, 2010.
How many will you be registering?
- If you are registering as a group, you can create a single registration and list your participants in that registration. You will also be able to make roommate assignments (up to 2 per room).
- If you are registering as an individual, you may also bring your spouse and/or family as non-participants.
- If you are coming alone, you have two options to secure a roommate and therefore pay the room rate for two to a room:
- You can choose a roommate. When you register, you will need to enter your roommates name along with your. Your roommate will need to do the same, although you do not need to be registered together in the same registration.
- If you have no roommate preference, Youth Worker Summit will attempt to pair you with another individual looking to save money. In the rare case that we are unable to make this connection for you, you will need to pay the housing cost for a single room.

Bringing your family
Youth Worker Summit is a great opportunity for your family to enjoy the magical world of Disney along with you! Non-participating guests are welcome to stay in your room with you free of charge. Simply register yourself as a single participant, and let us know about your guests in the "Special Needs" area of the registration website.
You are welcome to bring your family in to join you for large group plenary and worship sessions, as space is available. However, meals provided by the event, affinity groups and also the Y.E.S. program at Epcot® are for registered participants only.
Arriving early and staying late
A limited number of rooms are available both prior to the event and following the event. Additional nights may be reserved through Disney Group Reservations. Once you have completed your registration, please allow two weeks for your room reservation to be confirmed with Disney. Once we have received that confirmation, it will be forwarded to you at which point you can contact Disney to extend you reservation at our group rate of $146 per night (plus tax).
Staying off site
In order to keep costs as low as possible for the entire event, we are encouraging ALL participants stay at the Coronado Springs Resort. For participants who live locally, we will offer a commuter option for registration. The registration fee for commuters will be $290.
Payments and cancellations
When you register, you will be required to pay the $275 ($290 for commuters) registration fee for each participant by check or credit card. If paying by check, payment must be received within two weeks of your registration, or your registration will be cancelled. Checks should be made to: Youth Worker Summit, and mailed to YWS c/o Passport, Inc., 3421 Sierra Drive, Birmingham, AL 35216.
The remaining balance for housing must be paid by October 15, 2010.
- If you need to cancel your registration before April 1, 2010, an administrative fee of $50 will be retained for each cancellation.
- If you need to cancel between April 1 and October 1, 2010, an administrative fee of $100 will be retained for each cancellation.
- No refunds will be granted after October 1, 2010. A non-refundable final payment must be received by October 15, 2010.
